RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns on unworn and unused items in their original condition and with all tags attached.
We only offer returns on garments within 7 days of receipt of goods.
All garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of your email. Allow another 7 days for the exchange to be processed.
If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, a credit will be issued.
Refund is only available for faulty goods.
Once a refund is processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.
Please Note:
- Please take care in reading our SIZE AND FIT GUIDE to reduce the chance of choosing the incorrect size.
- A refund will not be issued because of incorrect size. We can offer an exchange for a different size.
- Returned garments must be in original and unused condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the garment does not reach our standards.
- We are not responsible for the cost of return postage.
- We are not responsible for lost return packages, so please use a service that offers a tracking number.
